A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Night Support Worker to work within a residential service for Children and Young People based in Kendal.
You will join a provider who specialises in the delivery of high quality, person centred Therapeutic support for Children and Young People that have experienced early life distress.
As a Night Support Worker your responsibilities will include support with evening and morning routines, light housekeeping through the night, providing behavioural and emotional support. You must be able to provide and safe and calm environment with care and stability for the young people. You must have a passion for care and be able to provide advice when needed.
We are looking for a passionate and trustworthy individual with the ability to work as a part of a team and on own initiative.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Children and Young People with Behavioural needs and must be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce and hold a full UK Driving License with access to your own car.
This is a full time position with a excellent starting salary of £17,236 plus exciting personal and professional development and training opportunities.
