We are hiring night time support workers to come join our team

We currently provide support services for young people aged 16-18 years old who have challenging needs, complex trauma and maybe seen as vulnerable. Our role is to safeguard our young people and support them to actively been part of the local community. We create plans and strategies and work with multi-agency to gain the best positive outcome for the young people.

The role includes work on a shift pattern basis work nights. Some of our sites may only be on service user which may mean lone working.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the policies and procedures and safeguarding.

The requirements are; experience working in the supported living sector with young people, level 2 or above in health and social care and confident with using computers/microsoft.

The salary range is 16,038 yearly
