We have a number of vacancies for Night Workers and the roles we are recruiting to will be across accommodation services for women and children in the Lancaster area.

As the Night Support Worker, you will be the first point of contact for the refuge and ensure the emergency access to accommodation for women and children. Working in a busy sector you will be part of the frontline refuge team working in a fast paced environment supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

Other duties will include providing a range of housing and administration provision within a supported housing environment.

You must ensure the efficient running of the refuge and work proactively as part of a dedicated and supportive team to deliver a positive and inclusive approach.

As a night worker, you will be the face of the refuge, providing a welcome first impression for visitors, greeting residents every day from the day they arrive at the refuge seeking safety to the day they leave filled with confidence.

Successful candidates will be flexible to work on a night basis, on a rolling rota including weekends, and have the correct attitude and values, excellent work ethic, and will be proactive with the drive and passion to make a difference.

A competitive salary of £19,293 pro rata 3 week rolling rota, plus benefits, progression and development throughout the company.
