Job Description

Brook Street UK Limited is working with our Belfast client to recruit Nordic Speaking candidates to work as Maintenance Renewal Representatives

Our client's portfolio spans the following areas: DevOps | IT Operations| Cloud | Security | Info Governance | Big Data, Machine Learning, & Analytics

The role encompasses supporting and selling the within company's installed base as well as non-company accounts for expanded wallet share and to achieve assigned product quota.

Applicants hired for this role would be required to build the customer confidence in the company's remote sales capabilities, from procurement to senior levels of customer management and you would be responsible to drives opportunities from qualification to close and promote the benefits of direct e-business transactions or inside business support to prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed quota for assigned territory
Contribute to success of the team quota
Possess knowledge and expertise specific to the business of maintenance renewals
Demonstrate the ability to personally plan for achievement of performance goals
Identify renewal accounts sending quotes out in a timely manner consolidating where appropriate and seek opportunities to sell multi-year maintenance policies
Build and execute territory-focused campaigns to reinstate lapsed support contracts
Focus on daily telephone work and meet the call volume targets
Interact extensively with internal/external stakeholders with a win-win attitude
Serve as a key contact for customers.
Pursue higher support level opportunities and uncover additional licenses or compliance leads
Own the pipeline and forecast responsibilities as per company guidelines

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of selling experience ( preferable in the IT industry )
Understanding of Maintenance Renewal contracts
Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and developing actions plans
Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
Ability to assess tasks and prioritise high potential customers effectively

Language skills

Fluency in English (written & oral)
Fluency in a Nordic Language
