A fantastic opportunity for a Training Manager to work within a Northern Territory from a Manchester base.

We are looking for an experienced professional looking for a change in their career to put a modern twist on traditional leadership programmes. If you have delivered training within your role but have not held the title of trainer we would still like to hear from you.

My client is a long-established apprenticeships provider who is looking for trainers based in Manchester to join their ever-growing team. It is crucial that the right candidate has experience of delivering ILM/CMI qualifications and ideally is qualified in ILM/CMI, is a great communicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will be someone who has managed a team before and can bring your own views and values to help along students on their apprenticeship journey. You will be able to be a quick learner and be able to help create and deliver course content.

You are responsible for managing the training of a caseload of apprentices, ensuring that they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.
