Brook Street is working with a growing client seeking a Norwegian Speaker Customer Services Advisor.

Main duties:

• To answer incoming calls and follow up in Norwegian.
• To take German speaking customers through the customer journey.
• To support clients through a variety of different communication channels
• To handle complaints professionally.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Customer Services Experience

IT proficient

Norwegian speaker

Attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication skills
