Job Description

Position: Full-Time Administrator - National Probation Service
Contract: Temporary, initially 6 months with possibility of extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, some late nights may be required
Hourly Rate: £10.42 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a case administrator to support the NPS admin team based in Sefton House, L20. The role will involve administration duties, telephone calls, mailbox queries, handling confidential data, printing, scanning, send letters. Admin tasks such as resutling, collating, training on court systems will be provided. Good use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Some reception duties and late night cover may be required.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Please note this role requires HMPPS vetting which can take between 4-8 weeks to come through and the successful candidate will need to wait until this is in place before they can start in the role.
