Case Admin Officer

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday- Friday (8:45 - 17:15)
Pay: £9.69- National minimum wage applies.

Our Public Sector based client are seeing an eager Admin officer to join their team in Cambridge on a full time, temporary basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be working along Probation Practitioners to assist in the rehabilitation of people on probation.

The working hours will be 37Horus per week, 8:45 - 17:15, Monday to Friday. The pay rate for this role will be £9.69 an hour, with holiday entitlement and penetration scheme available. There will be a requirement to cover a late-night reporting session until 8pm once a week - this will work on a rota system and the candidate will not be required to start work until late morning to accommodate.


The role includes, but is not restricted to:

-General administration tasks

-Taking inbound calls to cover reception

-Efficiently managing email inboxes

-Updating secure records

-Data entry

-Exceptional customer service skills as will be face to face with members of the public at times

-Issuing petty cash and travel warrants

-Skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
