My client provides residential, nursing and palliative care to older members of the Jewish community many of those with complex needs such as dementia, Parkinson's disease and arthritis. They deliver a high standard person-centred care to all their residents making sure that each resident is happy and feels at home.

Due to expansion my client is currently seeking a RGN/RMN to work in their residential nursing home in the South West London area. The ideal candidate will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high standard of person-centred care, with a holistic view of the individual needs of each resident. This will include liaising with residents, relatives and GPs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager and will be in charge of the unit during shifts, as well as having longer term supervisory responsibility for allocated junior members of staff.

My client is willing to take on newly qualified nurses as well as experienced nurses.

In order to be considered for this position you must meet the following essential criteria:
RGN/ RMN with an Active NMC Pin.
Dementia Awareness.
Palliative care experience.
