• £60,220 (plus performance bonus)
• Annual Bonus - upto £10,000

We are working with an independent provider on their search for a new Home Manager (Nurse qualified) for their service on the Kent coast.

This is an exceptional home with a long history, built in 1895 as a convalescent home and it is still one of the best regarded homes in the area. The home is of a high quality with comfortable rooms, exceptional facilities and the delivery of care is always the priority.

Essential

• Its essential that you are a Registered Nurse/NMC Registered with a UK Pin No
• You must have experience of managing a Nursing home previously
• This is already a good rated home, with an established clinical and care team and as such we are looking for a Home Manager who can continue growing the reputation of the service and support the teams working within the home.
