**Registered Nursing Home Manager**
** £38,000- £40,000 - per annum depending on experience **
** Full Time working hours **

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Registered Nursing Home Manager to support up to 38 bedded privately owned Nursing Home. This is one of many homes they have, which provides a caring, comfortable and supporting environment for these individuals. This client is helping to improving level of care within a nursing home.

I have an amazing opportunity available for a skilled Nursing Home manager to join and open a flagship nursing home for older adults with a mental health diagnosis in Leicester.

You will join an established, well respected provider and will head up the opening and day to day running of this new, state of the art service.

You will be responsible for registering the service with CQC, managing referrals, as well as staff recruitment, training and management.

You will be the face of the service and take on the responsibility of liaising with external agencies, marketing the service in the local community and finance management.

Care and support planning, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care which is fully compliant, and person centred will also form part of your managerial duties. Must have Management experience and have a Nursing PIN.
