Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking to work for a charitable organisation?

A fantastic opportunity has become available within an established Nursing Home which is equipped to provide the highest quality of care to residents in a homely environment.

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the home, leading and motivating the experienced team of staff, and ensuring compliance with CIW regulations. You will also ensure that staff training is up to date, the home remains at full occupancy, and you will regularly review and audit care plans.

Ideally you will be clinically qualified, and hold the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, with management experience within a residential setting. Non-clinical candidates with vast experience managing clinical teams may also be considered.
