My client is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor on a permanent contract to join a fantastic Occupational Health team based near London Bridge.

There is an an extra £4042 market supplement added to the salary along with £2634 London Allowance. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced OH professional to utilise their skills and experience in a unique environment.

Please be advised that the successful candidate will need to travel to other of the client's offices across the UK; rail travel will be provided for travel to locations during working hours.

As an OH, you will be required to:
Provide comprehensive, confidential advice to Manager's, HR and employees and make recommendations on fitness for work/tasks
Undertake health assessments and refer individual cases to relevant agencies
To carry and manage your own caseload
Deal with complex cases when necessary
Communicate and work effectively with the OH Manager
Attend and contribute effectively to all appropriate HR meetings and operational meetings as required
Make observations and recommendations relating to the Client's service and practice.
