This is a great opportunity to join a global freight forwarding organisation working within the Ocean Team. Previous Import/Ocean experience is essential within Freight forwarding

The role of this ocean freight customer service operator is to take full responsibility for the customer experience by managing the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements.

The duties will include:
Preparing customer bookings ready for shipment
Update clients and support clients in the shipment process
Deal with general enquiries and queries
Communicate via the telephone, e-mail, fax and so forth
Be able to multi task and deliver a high level of customer service

You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to liaise with people at all levels. Good computer skills are essential
