They are a successful business working with commercial customers who entrust them to do a great job for them.

They offer a personal service from enquires through to installation & were after an individual who can support this customers journey from enquiry through to delivery.

Working in a team of 12 office-based staff you will be the first port of call for telephone answering, customer calls & visits.

So were after a person who can be the face of this Company & the welcome any customer would want to have.

On a day to day basis, your main job will be very much Admin Support, supporting the Finance & Admin Manager.

Initial enquiries tend to come to this customer via email, generally the enquiry will contain lots of detail which will need to be dissected onto a CRM system for quoting & subsequent bids to be submitted for consideration.

Your role is to take the detail & transfer onto their CRM data base.

In addition, you will be liaising with internal members of staff to include Engineers, Production, Project co-ordinators, Finance etc.

Your role is pivotal to take these enquiries forward from initial contact through to bid, to winning the job, to manufacture & deliver the finished item.

To do this you will have accurate data entry skills, happy using Excel & possibly Sage experience too.

The training couldn't be better as this role has come about due to a promotion, so first hand help is there to support you & induct you to become knowledgeable as quickly as your able to learn.

In time there is further scope for your development to include expanding into the admin functions to support Accounts, Quality & Health & Safety.

Working 8-4.30 Monday to Thursday (30 mins for lunch), Fridays 8-12, 37 hours per week.
