My client works within the marketing sector, providing full-service marketing communications including marketing and brand strategy, research and insight, and creative and execution. This is an existing team of 40 and with their recent business growth, are looking for new talent to bring to their team. They are seeking to employ an Office Administrator/Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. The salary, dependent upon qualifications and/or experience ranges up to £25,000 and has great benefits. If you are motivated, have exceptional communication skills and have a professional business-like demeanour when dealing with Clients and colleagues then you could be the perfect candidate.
Your key responsibilities will be;
-You will ensure the office runs smoothly and taking accountability for the general office environment.
-You can arrange couriers when required.
-You will maintain their address book stored on HubSpot.
-Post duties - franking outgoing post and sorting and distribution.
-You can obtain quotes and processing company car orders and renewals in liaison with the Head
-You will conduct cost comparisons for office supplies.
-You can organise internal and external meetings as required.
-You will provide support to the HR Director with HR administration tasks.
