Admin Clerk - London - £Up to £28K
Brook Street are excited to be working with a long-established client based in the West End of London, in their search for an Office Admin Clerk that has experience/comfortable working with numbers!
Reporting into the Office/Finance Manager, you will be part of a team of 3 based in a small London office. You will utilise your people skills by being the central point for communication, liaising with various members of the team that may work remotely together with supporting clients with their orders.
As the Admin Clerk, your day could be filled with organising meeting, caterer needs, diary and email management, archiving & arranging events. In addition, you will be supporting the Office Manager with raising invoices, recording payments and credit control.
You will see that with this job, no two days will be the same, so this will suit an individual that takes ownership for their work, has an element of finance experience (preferred) and enjoys a busy environment.
