Job Description

Salary - circa £19,000 - £23,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

Do you have any office experience? Are you looking for a local, office administration position that offers training and variation with a lovely working environment within an established, very progressive, stable company?

This role will be working within a buzzing and vibrant team where you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors into the office, managing the meeting rooms, answer incoming calls in a polite, professional, bubbly and friendly manner, take messages and pass to the relevant department, manage any questions or queries, manage the company internal email inbox responding with a solution or calling back where appropriate, putting orders onto the system and matching against invoices and completing all associated administration. You will also support other departments with additional administration duties where required.

You will be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, keen to learn and ideally have an interest in the automotive industry. This role will be a temp to permanent, or permanent position for the right person.
