Job Description

Our client in Preston is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their small and friendly team.

The company provides commercial electrical installations, commercial mechanical installations and facilities management services across Preston and the North West.

You will be providing high-quality administrative support to Directors & Managers and will be responsible for keeping the Companies Health Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Systems up to date including Employee Records, Supplier and Sub-Contractor Records.

The role is varied and requires someone with a good attitude, a team player and good great communication skills.

You must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft 365 software. Training will be provided for any bespoke systems.

Experience in an office environment is essential to be considered for this role.

Business Administration qualifications are desirable.

LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (Office based)

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700 (30 minutes for lunch)

SALARY: £18,000 - £19,000 per year (negotiable depending upon experience)

BENEFITS: Free car parking
