Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Financial Services client in East Belfast to recruit a Full Time and Permanent Administrator to join their team.

This is an excellent chance to join a small admin team in a fantastic company.


Main duties will include

* Answering telephone enquiries from client`s and investment companies
* Sorting and Scanning mail
* Contacting clients to arrange appointments
* Preparing client portfolio valuations
* Liaising with the firm`s Advisers
* Preparing, sending, and tracking new business applications
* Maintaining our client database
* Accurate and diligent record keeping

Criteria


* Applicants must have previous hands-on office admin experience - it would be very beneficial if applicants had a background of working in financial services but not essential
* Applicants must have strong typing and admin skills - must be able to work in an organised and methodical fashion
* Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Working Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.00pm with one hour for lunch

The salary bracket from £19,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
