Job Description
Brook Street is working on behalf of our Newtownabbey client to recruit an experienced full time office administrator
Duties:
* Day to day administration activities, dealing with post and ensuring the office runs efficiently
* Deal with clients via telephone and email correspondence and answer queries from clients regarding quotes etc.
* Manage office arrangements/appointments / transport for senior management
* Deal with petty cash
* Create and update records and databases
* Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
* Educated to GCSE Level - Must have English and Maths
* Proven hands on experience as an office administrator
* Organised and methodical - able to multitask
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Working Monday to Friday between 09.00an and 17.00pm
Salary will depend on background and performance at interview - £20-23k per annum
