Job Description
Do you have exceptional Administration skills? Take pride in everything you do? And are an effective team player?
A well-established School based in Goudhurst are seeking an Office professional to join their friendly team as a Office Administrator.
You will have PA and/or Secretarial experience, highly organised, exceptional attention to detail, audio typing skills, professional telephone manner, proactive and strong team player.
This is a very varied position and you suit someone who is adaptable to take on any task wherever needed.
Duties:
- Drafting letters.
- Take minutes in meetings.
- Audio typing.
- Assisting with arranging events.
- Liaising with the Headmaster and the PA.
- Diary management.
Role: Office Administrator
Location: Goudhurst, Cranbrook
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm - 6-month fixed term contract
Salary: £23,000-£28,000 pro-rata
*Must be able to drive, due to rural location*
