Job Description

Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday (Flexi-hours available plus hybrid working)
Benefits: 30 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension, free parking and much more

This role is a 6 month contract so you must be available immediately, able to commit to 6 months and looking for a hybrid position.

Do you have proven administration experience? A good standard of education including GCSE`s in Maths and English and an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Within this role you will be acting as first point of contact for all information and advice on compliance activities and day to day enquiries within the business, you will also provide administrative support to the team and the Property Surveyor. Your duties will include:
- Ensuring customer contact is achieved within set timescales
- Deal with day to day repair enquiries
- Assist with data for on-going audits
- Process letters and provide standard written responses and much more
