Job Description
Brook Street has a fantastic opportunity for a professional and experienced administrator to join a prestige law firm in Edinburgh.
Our client has a full time permanent position and due to their continued growth looking to expand their team.
The role will include:
" Supporting the Office Manager in their day to day duties
" Managing the mailroom and stationary orders
" Databasing /File management
" Maintaining accurate records on databases
" Assisting with paper filing
" Lodging documents at Sheriff Court/Court of Sessions Photocopying/scanning
" Assisting with drafting letters, documents etc.
" Answering phone, potential for reception cover
" IT literate with Microsoft office, word and excel
Personal Attributes
" Can do attitude
" Strong Communicator at all levels, over the telephone, email & face to face
" Punctual and hardworking
" Ability to prioritise conflicting priorities
" Driving license preferred but not essential
Key Skills
" Confident in all Microsoft packages, outlook, excel, word
" Confident in all aspect of data basing and administration
" Confident dealing with clients face to face
" Confident making and receiving calls
" Experience of Office Management
" Experience in IT and facilities management
" Experience in HR
" Experience covering reception
" Previous experience in the property industry
