Office Administrator

Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in East Belfast to recruit a new fill time and permanent Junior Office Administrator to join their team

The ideal candidate hired will be first point of contact on reception and will be responsible dealing with clients via telephone and email

Responsibilities

  • You will perform general administration duties and maintain the general office, kitchen and stationary store and also be responsible for the replenishment of stock and generally keeping the office tidy.
  • Deal with clients via telephone and email
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain data in all systems and update procedures


Criteria

  • Applicants must have previous office administration experience
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft
  • Ability to respond to the reactive demands of a growing organisation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be ambitious, self-motivated, and have the ability to work as part of a team are essential.


Working 39 Hours per week - M-T 8.30am - 5.00pm Fri 8.30am -4.00pm


Salary will depend on background - £22-24K
