Job Description

Are you an experienced Office Administrator with Reception experience? Are you looking for a new Permanent position within a Family Business?

Then look no further, I have the perfect opportunity for you based near Wallingford. A growing family business is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their reception/purchasing team. As the Office Administrator you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm and will be offered £20-22k, depending on experience.

The role will involve answering and transferring incoming calls as well as greeting and welcoming all visitors to the site. You will be expected to carry out general administration tasks, such as updating the staff and telephone lists and dealing with incoming post. As part of the role you will also provide administrative support to the Buyer by managing the procurement of low value consumables.

The company are looking for someone with experience working within Office Administration and Reception as well as strong computer literacy and working knowledge of SAP and MS Office programmes. You need to have a good standard of education as well as be presentable and have an excellent telephone manner.
