Job Description

Title: Office Administrator
Location: Barton, PR4 postcode
Salary: £8.50 - £9.00ph
Type of contract: Maternity Cover ( 6-9 months )
Working hours: 40 hours per week 9am - 17.30pm

Post reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. The successful applicant will be working very closely with the senior office administrator to help to ensure the smooth running of the admin function. It is essential that the candidate have previous administration experience, as this is a fast-paced operational department during busy times. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as the role at times will also involve being the first point of contact to direct incoming calls. Experience of Outlook is also essential.

Responsibilities to Include:

" Data entry
" Filing
" Scanning paperwork
" Directing calls to appropriate staff members
" Recording non-conformities
" Liaising with contractors
" Any additional administration tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager

Role Requirement:

" Proven experience of working in an administration role
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Good computer knowledge
" Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
