Are you looking for an Administration role in the Watford / Borehamwood area?

We are currently looking to recruit to join a large and busy company, within their Revenue and Benefits department, working with a fun and lively team; you`ll be based in Watford / Borehamwood and will enjoy a great atmosphere.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am until 5.30pm

As part of this exciting position you will be expected to:

Open, scan, sort and distribute post.

Organising e-mails received into the departments in boxes and ensuring that they are imported, referenced and indexed to the correct tray.

Answering internal and external inbound calls, taking messages and directing individuals to the relevant person / department as required.

Producing general correspondence, usually involving standard templates. Composing letters, memos, and emails as directed by your supervisor

Data input into a wide range of different spreadsheets and databases

Placing orders, dealing with requisitions and invoices in particular ordering stationery, printing and equipment.
