Job Description

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 depending on experience
Location: Uckfield, East Sussex
Hours: 8:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday

This company are an expanding UK based construction firm and are looking for an administrator to join their company. There is currently 10 staff working within an open planned office which is based in a rural location so you will need to be a driver unless you are local as there is a bus service.

No experience is needed for this role however you must have a good education, be a fast learner, have excellent IT skills (mainly excel) be well organised with a high level of attention to detail and a confident telephone manner.

Your duties will be varied, this is a very busy role - you will be responsible for:
Answering the main office phone line and the door intercom, database management, monitor and review vehicle handovers and collections, organise vehicle repairs and maintenance, monitor stock control and resolve discrepancies and much more.
