Office Administrator

Coventry

£18,000 - £20,000

Mon - Thur (8.00am - 4.30pm) and Fri (8.00am - 2.00pm)

IMMEDIATE START!

As part of their continued growth they are now looking for confident administrator to support all areas of the busy office to include the following:

Manage incoming phone calls
Process email enquiries effectively
Arrange meetings and visits
Stationary orders
Support services, sales and marketing departments

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

Experience working in a busy professional office
Keen to develop and grow skills within the business
Mature and respectful attitude at all times
Organised and effective time management skills
