Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients; they are offering an amazing opportunity for the right experienced administrator to progress within their company

Salary on offer is £18k per annum
20 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Free parking on site

Responsibilities and Duties
Day to Day duties will include the following:
" Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries in a busy office
" Processing notices on our own systems and inputting data
" Processing quotations and letters
" Scheduling appointments
" Providing excellent and friendly customer service.
" General administration and office duties
" Various other general administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
" Experience within a data process role with the ability to process large amounts of information accurately
" Competent and confident using different IT systems
" Excellent customer service skills
" Strong administration skills
" A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
" Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
" Able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively
" Able to work as part of a team
" Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload

Our Client is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude. An excellent telephone manner and strong computer skills are a must with the desire to learn and develop new skills.

Ideally someone who has GCSE A - C in Maths and English
Can speak additional languages, Punjabi or Hindi, this would be a big benefit as this is the first language of many of their contractors.
