Our Wakefield based client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a permanent basis due to internal promotions.
They`re looking for an ambitious candidate, keen to join a busy sales office environment and join a friendly and hardworking team of 4 sales administrators. The company have global reach, with opportunities to travel to the European offices for training.
Within the role your duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming phone calls
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders
- Allocating stock on the system and liaising with the transport/warehouse
- Distributing emails, messages and faxes to the correct departments
- Filing paperwork
- Assisting with day to day administration duties of a busy sales office
We`re looking for a switched on, organised candidate. Experience within a fast-paced office environment is essential
