Job Description

We are currently working with a fantastic not for profit organisation specialising in the Media sector, based in the West End. They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full time basis.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm
Salary: £21,000 per annum

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Attention to detail
- 2+ years exposure to an administrative role
- Confident IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Budgeting (including use of Excel)
- Knowledge of financial systems and basic accounts
- Ideally, intermediate/advanced Excel skills

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Arrange travel and visas for workers along with contracts, budgets, course schedules, reports and invoicing
- Liaising with clients, consultants and suppliers
- Scanning, filing and preparation of reports
- Minute taking
- Welcoming trainees at the airport and assisting them during their stay
- Setting up and clearing the training room as well as preparing the rooms for their needs
- Manage filing systems and database records
- Processing and management of payments for the company
