Job Description
Office Administrator
A company based in Ascot are looking for a full time, permanent Office Administrator to work within the existing team in the Service Department
Responsibilities include:
Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers and the wider H&K Team.
Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
Assisting with the planning & booking-in of Planned Preventative Maintenances (PPM) visits.
Raising & processing Purchase Orders.Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
General office administration duties, as required by the business.Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.
