Job title: Office Administrator
Hours: 9:00am-17:30pm
Location: Malvern

My client is a growing multinational technology company who, due to rapid growth and investment are looking for an Office Administrator. Office Administrator responsibilities:

" Gain and develop their understanding of all departments within the company to provide support as and when required
" Responsible for the maintenance and management of the inventory database in accordance with dispatch notices
" Collate quotes for customers, uploading these onto NetSuite and generating monthly customer usage reports
" Answering and managing phone calls, greeting visitors to the office and handling the post
" Liaise with the external Warehouse Manager to manage and agree delivery charges as well as organising product dispatch
" Liaising with external haulage companies to negotiate and agree rates
" Manage and track orders to ensure delivery targets are met
" Create and generate sales reports as and when requested
" Manage expense submissions, company travel and accommodation
" Create and manage business processes as directed by the Compliance and Operations Manager
" Manage the sourcing and booking of training courses to ensure Health and Safety compliance

Office Administrator desired Skills and Experience:

" Previous experience working in a fast paced, busy environment
" Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
" Ability to work across various departments within an organization and embrace responsibilities beyond the job description
" Knowledge and understanding of NetSuite
