Job Description

New opportunity!
This position will be working for a leading and progressive company that offers fantastic company benefits.

You will be working 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday, your annual salary will be circa £22,000 and you will benefit from free parking, an in-house chef who cooks lunches for the office every day and all organic fruit/veg available throughout the day for all staff.

Your duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for the office, answering incoming calls
Management of the conference room diary
Receive and sign for incoming parcels and packages
General office filing and accounting filing
Management of stationary stock, ordering and maintaining supplies
Ordering office food supplies and any other ad hoc duties as assigned

You will have office experience and be confident using Sage - this is essential, a professional telephone manner, able to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all business-related matters, time management and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage)

You will have an excellent command of English language, along with a high level of oral and written communication skills, a flexible approach to work demands and an enthusiastic and professional work ethic.
