Office Administrator

Job Description

My client based on one of Manchesters high street`s are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team.This company is in the pharmaceutical / health sector and also have offices outside of the UK.

Duties will include;
Order Processing:
Processing sales orders
Arranging delivery via courier
Printing paperwork Packing orders
Sending confirmation emails
Printing and sending invoices by post every Friday

Stock control
Organising new stock in numerical order into the freezers
Make sure stock area is tidy
Checking physical stock quantities tally with electronic records

General Office duties:
Occasionally answering phones
Packing promotional materials for exhibitions

Salary is £18,000 and hours are Monday -Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch.
