My client based in Leicester City Centre is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and hardworking who can present a can-do attitude.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a busy office
- Scheduling appointments
- General administration and office duties
- Processing quotations and letter
- Using inhouse systems and Microsoft office
- Processing notices and data entry
- Various other administration duties
- Strong administration skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent and confident using IT systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills able to prioritize workload
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Hours- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
Holiday - 20 days + bank holidays and Christmas shut down.
Desirable- ability to speak Punjabi/Hindi as some of the customers first language is not English.
