Job Description

Office Administrator
Permanent & full Time - Monday to Friday
Salary £18,000 per annum
Leicester City Centre

I am working with a company in Leicester City Centre that is recruiting for a permanent Office Administrator to join their team.

As the Office Administrator you will be supporting the day to day office with general admin duties, which will include -
Answering the telephone and email enquiries
Scheduling appointments
Responding to emails
Processing quotations and letters
Supporting other departments and completing other ad-hoc duties when required

The company is a small business, they are looking for someone to join their team that is enthusiastic with a pro-active approach and excellent communication skills.

You also need the following skill set -
Strong administration experience
Diary management knowledge
The ability to work as part of a team
Competent and confident using IT Systems
Strong time management skills able to prioritize workload
Organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure

Desirable
Knowledge and experience working within construction or building
Able to understand and speak Punjabi/Hindi
