We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a small family run business in the heart of Cranleigh.
Duties include:
* Database Entry
* Word Processing
* Preparing Spreadsheets
* Telephone Enquiries
* Ordering of In-House materials
* Preparing Import / Export documentation
* Preparing Post, managing Franking Machine
* Filing
* Photocopying & Scanning Documents
* Cross training for other Office roles for holiday cover
* Assisting other members of staff as required
Working in an open plan office, you will need to get on well with a small team - 2 other administrators doing a sales admin role.
