Temporary Office Administrator (Maternity Cover) - PR3

Hourly rate - £9.47
Hours - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities to Include:

Data entry
Using bespoke indexing software programme
Directing calls to appropriate staff members
Recording non-conformities
Liaising with contractors and customers
Any additional administration tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager

Role Requirement:

Proven experience of working in an administration role
Excellent mathematical, written and verbal communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
