I have an exciting opportunity for an experience administrator reporting into the Managing Director and dealing with their account managers and Business Development Managers. The role will involve but not limited to assisting in the day-to-day account management of their corporate clients. Helping with general queries from clients, and colleagues, liaising with suppliers and networks, data base entry, QuickBooks invoicing and purchase ordering, stock ordering and management, creating and processing paperwork for customer orders with suppliers, and networks alike and general office administration duties required in our sales process.
