Job Description

Are you a dynamic and efficient office administrator? If you are looking for a permanent role within a busy office, please apply now! This is a permanent role based just outside Cardiff city centre. We're looking for somebody vibrant, upbeat and looking for a career. This opportunity would suit a candidate who has experience of working within retail, care or hospitality and is looking to enter a career within administration.

The main duties include:

  • Supporting branch manager with administrative tasks
  • Assisting branches throughout the UK with administration if required
  • General filing, record keeping and processing of information
  • Outlook, Excel & Word usage daily

We're looking for a candidate who can react to the business shifting, somebody who can think on their feet and come up with new ways of working if required.

This is a professional environment and the team is very outgoing and friendly, so somebody who's looking to join a small team would be advantageous as the work can vary day to day.
