Role - Utilities Administrator
Location - Aylesford
Start Date - Asap
Duration - 3/6 months position which could lead to something more permanent
Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am till 5.30pm - 40 hours per week
Temp Pay - £9.62 - £10.09 per hour
Salary - £18,000 - £21,000 per annum
We are looking for a strong office administrator who has great communication skills who has ideally worked within the utilities industry.
We are looking for a hard working, motivated and confident individual with a 'can do' attitude to organise, prioritise and manage a busy working schedule.
This is a busy office based role which will include organising engineers, updating Excel spreadsheets and both internal and external systems. Confident using MS Excel and Outlook is essential.
Duties will include
-Managing a group inbox
-Updating and maintaining internal and external databases
-Data Entry and Administration
-Creating work orders
-liaising with several parties both internal and external to the company
-Able to work towards timeframes and schedules
-Managing a busy diary
-High levels of customer service skills both written and verbal.
-Experienced using MS office packages such as Excel and Outlook
-Liaise with Supervisors to obtain updates and provide general administration duties as and when required
