Job Title: Office Administrator (Accountancy)
Type: Temp to Perm (Full time)
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 9-5pm / Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £12.00PH

My client is a reputable Accountancy firm located in Gloucester looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their successful and growing team!

Job Role of Office Administrator
"Maintain Practice Management Software
"Maintain internal Time and Fees for staff
"Submit to Companies House using Company Secretarial software
"Run Company Sales Ledger

Essential Experienced for Accounts Assistant:
"Maintaining company systems
"Previous Administrative experience
"Great organisation skills, with a good standard of written and oral communication skills
"Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Desired Experience for Office Administrator
"Previous experience working in an Accountancy firm or Accountancy background
