Office Administrator

Job Description

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday

You will have proven Sales Administration/ Administration or similar experience, the ability to work under pressure to deadlines, strong customer and client management skills and be driven.

Your duties will include some of the following:

- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Responding to questions from customers
- Discussing pricing and sending out quotes
- Taking orders and processing orders
- Liaising with others departments such as warehousing
- Liaising with hauliers and delivery companies
- Supporting other departments where required
- Completing all associated administration
