Your new role:
Typical day to day duties include:
* Covering reception, meeting, and greeting visitors/clients
* Organising meeting rooms
* Dealing with post and deliveries
* Uploading and managing digital documents
* Data entry and other administration tasks
* Facilities and general office management
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong administration and MS Office skills. You will be able to prioritise workloads effectively and communicate with a range of individuals including colleagues, visitors and clients.
