My client is in the recruitment sector and is looking for an Office Administrator to join their small team on a permanent basis. Due to the nature of the role, you will only be required to work on a part time basis in term time only, 30 hours a week, 8 hours per day. Working days will be Tuesday through to Friday. The salary is dependant on experience but is ranging from £10,000- £11,000 plus benefits such as an annual bonus scheme and pension scheme. The Office Administrator is a key member of the team and will be able to provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager and the Managing Director in order to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis. For this role you will need to be able to drive as there is no public transport to the site. If you are able to analyse information, make informed decisions and have the ability to work accurately then you could be a great fit!
Your key responsibilities will include;
-Answering the telephone and taking appropriate action.
-Monitoring stationery levels.
-Assist in the production and distribution of mailshots, newsletters etc.
-Assist with sending out interview packs.
-Assist with online recruitment checks.
-Maintaining sufficient stock levels of company promotional materials.
-Inputting information onto the database and keeping this up to date.
-Weekly collation of candidate's timesheets.
