My client is looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist/Office Administrator who prides themselves on providing a welcoming and well managed reception service. You will be a good multi-tasker as you will be required to undertake generalist administrative duties to help the team. " Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages and operating the door buzzer system.
" Welcoming guests by signing them in, offering refreshments and inform the correct person of their arrival.
" Dealing with couriers and deliveries.
" Organise buffet lunches for internal meetings
" Scanning and filing documents
" Ordering stationary and monitor stock levels
" Helping clients with queries relating to bookings.
You need to have experience in
" Experience in the same or similar role
" Experience in telephone communication and confident to answer calls and transfer (training will be provided but experience in a reception role or similar would be advantageous)
" A professional and confident approach to work tasks
" To be able to build relationships with the team, other departments, venues, agents and Wilmington companies
" A good understanding of Microsoft Word including formatting tools and layouts
" Intermediate knowledge of Excel would be an advantage
" The ability to use your own initiative and work well independently, as well as part of a team.
" Fluent English both verbal and written
" To be extremely well organised and able to priorities a busy workload effectively enabling you to meet deadlines and work under pressure
