Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients; they are offering an amazing opportunity for the right experienced administrator to progress within their company

Salary on offer is £18k per annum
20 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Free parking on site

Responsibilities and Day to Day duties will include the following:
Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries in a busy office
Processing notices on our own systems and inputting data
Processing quotations and letters
Scheduling appointments
Providing excellent and friendly customer service.
General administration and office duties
Various other general administrative duties

Ideal candidate:
Experience within a data process role with the ability to process large amounts of information accurately
Competent and confident using different IT systems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong administration skills
A keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Able to use your initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively
Able to work as part of a team
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, prioritising workload

Our Client is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic team player with a can do attitude. An excellent telephone manner and strong computer skills are a must with the desire to learn and develop new skills.

Ideally someone who has GCSE A - C in Maths and English
Can speak additional languages, Punjabi or Hindi, this would be a big benefit as this is the first language of many of their contractors.
